7.7. If the additional benefit is granted before the person reaches age 55, the benefit shall be reduced by 1/12 of 7% per month, calculated for each month comprised between the date on which the benefit is granted and the person’s 55th birthday, for as long as it is paid.
If the additional benefit is granted after the person reaches age 55, the benefit shall be increased by 1/12 of 7% per month, calculated for each month comprised between the person’s 55th birthday and the date on which the benefit is granted, for as long as it is paid.
